Competenze

• Solid HR Advisor experience—especially across ER in a volume or early-careers environment.
• CIPD Level 5 or working towards.
• Strong organisational skills and a calm, credible approach.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience with HR systems.
• Professional, confidential and solutions-focused mindset.

Mansioni

• Advising managers on performance, capability, absence, disciplinary and grievance cases.
• Supporting recruitment activity and helping shape a smooth, professional hiring experience.
• Getting involved in performance reviews, salary cycles and wider HR projects.
• Delivering engaging inductions, exit interviews and training sessions.
• Acting as a go-to expert for the HRIS, keeping data accurate and processes slick.
