Careline Lifestyles (UK) Limited in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an HR Advisor to provide comprehensive HR support across the organisation. The role reports to the Head of Human Resources and is full-time, Monday to Friday, with competitive salary.

You will manage HR queries, maintain the HRIS, support probation and performance processes, ensure GDPR compliance and uphold safeguarding requirements, and contribute to continuous policy improvements with a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• HR generalist experience is required.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current employment legislation.
• Exceptional people skills and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for HR queries.
• Maintain the Human Resources Information System (GDPR compliant).
• Assist managers with employee-related meetings and take accurate notes.
• Lead coordination of probation and performance reviews.
• Implement continuous improvement to HR policies and procedures.
• Undertake HR administration.
• Prepare regular reporting to the Head of Human Resources on People-related projects.
