Job summary

Career Legal is seeking an HR Advisor to join its HR team in London, with responsibility for operational and advisory HR across the London and Dublin offices. You will help implement a new HR Information System and support CIPD studies, while delivering excellent employee experience throughout the lifecycle.

The role involves partnering with senior leaders and managers, handling HR data, payroll liaison, onboarding/offboarding, and contributing to HR transformation projects in a professional

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or generalist HR role.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience advising managers on day-to-day people issues.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Experience with HR systems and data reporting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update HR systems, records, and people data.
• Support payroll changes, salary reviews, and bonus adjustments.
• Administer employee benefits and pension schemes.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support annual appraisals, performance reviews, and feedback.
• Produce HR reports for senior stakeholders.
• Assist with recruitment logistics and offer documentation.
• Support HR transformation and HRIS implementation.
