Egis in the UK is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to deliver a responsive, people-focused HR service across the Operations & Maintenance business, with particular support for the M25 and Mobiie contracts. You will work with managers and staff to provide practical advice throughout the employee lifecycle, collaborating with People Operations and the HR team.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Advisor or comparable generalist role within a complex, operational or multi-site environment.
• Practical experience supporting employee relations casework.
• Sound working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Strong coaching, influencing and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to support and constructively challenge managers.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex matters practical and accessible.
• Strong organisation, accuracy and responsiveness, with effective case-management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience maintaining HR records, producing management information and supporting regular reporting.
• Confidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications; Oracle experience would be advantageous

Responsabilités

• Provide clear, pragmatic HR advice to managers and employees across the Operations & Maintenance business
• Coach and support managers through employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance and sickness absence cases
• Support employee lifecycle activity, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, immigration and visa administration, and offboarding
• Interpret HR policies and employment legislation, recommending proportionate and commercially practical solutions
• Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to management information, reports and presentations
• Build trusted relationships with contract stakeholders, People Operations and colleagues across the wider HR team
• Support the consistent delivery of HR policies, initiatives and projects across the business
