Job summary

Egisgroup is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to provide a responsive, people-focused service across our operations. You will work with managers and stakeholders to deliver practical, compliant HR support across the employee lifecycle.

You will interpret UK employment law, coach managers, manage employee relations casework and contribute to MI reporting, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding. This role requires discretion, strong relationships and the ability to prioritise effectively.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent HR experience.
• Experience in an HR Advisor role within a multi-site environment.
• Experience supporting employee relations casework.
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
• Strong coaching, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex matters.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation with accurate record-keeping.
• Experience maintaining HR records and producing MI reports.
• Proficient in HR systems; Oracle experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, pragmatic HR advice to managers and employees.
• Coach managers through disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, immigration and offboarding.
• Interpret policies and employment law to deliver practical solutions.
• Maintain HR records and contribute to management information and reporting.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and support HR initiatives across the business.
