Job summary

Keys Children, based in Halesowen, is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to deliver expert, confidential HR support across multiple sites. You will be the first point of contact for staff and external stakeholders, providing clear, compliant advice in line with policies and regulatory requirements.

In this fast-paced role, you will work with another HR Advisor and HR managers to ensure a high-quality service across the organisation.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 in HR or equivalent experience.
• Experience handling complex ER issues.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely HR advice on absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance.
• Coach managers in applying HR policies.
• Advise on employment matters including redundancy and TUPE.
• Maintain accurate records and support HR projects.
• Handle a demanding caseload up to 50 cases.
