Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous HR Advisor / People Advisor or similar role.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience handling employee relations cases: absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance.
• Ability to advise and coach managers on people-related issues.
• Strong communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and guidance on employee relations matters.
• Coach and support managers on people-related issues and best practice.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and lifecycle activities.
• Analyse HR data and produce insights and recommendations.
• Support learning and development initiatives and employee development programs.
• Assist with organisational change projects and consultations.
• Review and improve HR policies, processes and systems.
• Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.
