Job summary

A growing organization in Farnham is seeking an HR Administrator to provide comprehensive internal people administration support. This varied, data-driven role includes managing HR systems, maintaining employee records, and supporting recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in an administrative role, preferably in HR, a good understanding of HR documentation, and strong organizational skills. This position offers a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
