Job summary

HCRG Care Group in Surrey is seeking a Business Support Administrator to be the first point of contact for patients and professionals via telephone, email and post. You will screen referrals, direct to the right teams, and maintain confidential data across clinical systems while delivering high-quality admin support.

The role offers a starting salary from £24,853, a group pension, and flexible/hybrid working with access to development through The Learning Enterprise.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent at least.
• Experience in busy, customer-facing environments.
• Proficient with MS Office and data handling.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Screen and triage referrals into SPA from GPs and partner organisations.
• Direct referrals to appropriate professionals and escalate urgent cases.
• Maintain confidentiality on client systems and update records.
• Provide signposting to services and handle appointment bookings.
• Support safeguarding processes and coordinate meetings as needed.
• Deliver general admin support across offices and teams.
