Job summary

EverPool Recruitment is seeking a Functional Assessor to join a national programme in the UK. You will conduct telephone, video and face-to-face assessments, review medical evidence and discuss how a condition affects daily life and work, producing clear reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

Hybrid working, Mon–Fri 9am–5pm with no nights, weekends or bank holidays. Starting salary £40,000–£42,000, with a 5% signing bonus and up to 10% annual bonus, plus overtime paid at 1.5x.

Qualifications

• Experience performing impartial clinical assessments for disability-related benefits.
• Strong communication and ability to document clearly.
• Ability to review medical evidence and translate into reports.
