Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking Functional Assessors (PIP/WCA) across the south of England, with hybrid remote work from home and in-office options. Roles include PIP and WCA assessments for nurses and allied health professionals. Training will be provided, with no weekend work and standard 9-5 hours.

The package includes a salary of £45,000–£48,000 plus a generous bonus scheme and full benefits. Applicants should have 1 year post-registration experience and be registered professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1-year post-registration in an adult setting.
• Registration: Must have at least 1 year of active registration.
• Skills: Strong communication, effective assessment skills, proficient typing/report-writing, and excellent IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments via phone and face-to-face.
• Review medical evidence and daily living activities.
• Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
