Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is recruiting hybrid Functional Assessors (Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Paramedics and Pharmacists) to conduct PIP and WCA assessments from home and in the office across the south of England. Roles involve reviewing medical evidence, interviewing claimants, and producing objective reports for the DWP.

Salary ranges £45,000–£48,000 with a generous bonus scheme; 9:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, no nights or weekends, and options for part-time hours after

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year post-registration in an adult setting.
• Must have at least 1 year of active registration.
• Strong communication, effective assessment skills, proficient typing/report-writing, and excellent IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Assessments: Evaluate claimants' health and/or work capabilities via phone and face-to-face assessments.
• Review Evidence: Analyse medical evidence, health questionnaires, and daily living activities.
• Compile Reports: Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
