Everpool Recruitment is seeking Functional Assessors to join a hybrid role based in Reading, with remote work options across the south of England. Roles include PIP and WCA assessments, working from home and in the office, with no weekends or long shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year post-registration experience in an adult healthcare setting.
• Active registration with relevant professional body.
• Strong communication, assessment, typing/report-writing and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments via phone and face-to-face consultations.
• Review medical evidence and health questionnaires.
• Compile detailed reports for DWP.
