Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is recruiting Functional Assessors across England for hybrid PIP and WCA roles. You will assess how health conditions affect daily living and work, using your clinical experience in a flexible, full-time capacity with training provided.

Roles involve telephone, video and in-person assessments, with opportunities across England. Compensation starts at £47,000 (PIP) or £50,000 (WCA) with annual increases and bonus schemes, along with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professionals with post-registration experience.
• Excellent communication, assessment, and report-writing abilities.
• Ability to work in hybrid, multi-site roles across England.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone, video and face-to-face assessments.
• Evaluate how health conditions affect daily activities and work.
• Review medical evidence and health questionnaires.
• Ask detailed questions about functional ability.
• Produce clear, objective reports for DWP.
• Make recommendations based on assessment findings.
