McLaughlin & Harvey Ltd. is seeking a Framework Submissions Manager to bolster the Framework Team across high-value projects.

The role focuses on developing Feasibility Reports, Capability Documents and client presentations, coordinating with multiple departments to secure timely approvals and submissions. You will support governance, track KPIs, maintain documentation, and manage submission schedules while accommodating occasional travel to support Bellshill and other sites.

Formación

• 2+ years' experience in framework co-ordination or bid management.
• Experience with reporting and submissions within tight timescales.
• Familiarity with construction, rail, facilities management frameworks is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Framework Team in preparing Feasibility Reports and Capability Documents.
• Prepare presentations for client interviews and maintain submission schedules.
• Manage framework documentation and governance processes to ensure compliance.
• Track KPIs, generate reports, and assist audits across projects.
• Provide general administration support to the Framework Team and maintain contact directories.
