Job summary

Amey, based in Glasgow, is seeking a permanent Framework Manager to lead our Consulting Highways framework in a hybrid role. You will own day‑to‑day framework operations, manage client relationships, and drive qualification and delivery readiness across Practices and Delivery.

This role emphasizes governance, opportunity flow, and coordination across multiple senior stakeholders in a complex, multi‑party environment. A strategic, results‑driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in a relevant discipline.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Confidence operating across multiple senior stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single operational point of contact for the framework and client engagement.
• Own the Framework P&L and ensure growth of the framework in line with targets.
• Maintain the Framework Management Plan and apply governance consistently.
• Monitor framework health and escalate issues early to protect delivery capacity.
• Coordinate opportunities and qualification discussions across functions.
