Bellrock Consulting in Leicester is seeking a Commercial Framework Manager to oversee a portfolio of 98 frameworks, driving governance, mobilisation and commercial reporting to convert access into revenue. The role collaborates with Regional MDs, Legal, Marketing and Finance, ensuring compliance with procurement rules and data-driven decision making.

Competenze

• Experience managing public and/or private sector framework agreements.
• Strong knowledge of UK public procurement regulations and framework structures (CCS, NHS SBS, regional consortia).
• Experience of bid management, tender writing or commercial contract management.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience of value tracking, forecasting and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and dashboard/reporting design.
• Knowledge of CRM and bid management systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Degree-level qualification in business, law, QS, construction or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications (CIPS, RICS or APMP) desirable.

Mansioni

• Own central oversight of Bellrock Consulting's framework portfolio and track expiry/renewal dates.
• Lead go-to-market for headline frameworks and identify new opportunities.
• Develop standardised call-off toolkits, responses and pricing models.
• Monitor framework utilisation and maximise value across agreements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement rules and maintain audit trails.
• Produce regular sales and commercial reporting for the Consulting SLT and forecast framework income.
• Collaborate with Sales, Bid Management, Marketing, Legal and Finance across regions.
