Job summary

Amey, Glasgow, Scotland, is seeking a permanent Framework Manager for our Consulting Highways team. The role is hybrid with office space in Glasgow.

You will own and operate one or more engineering frameworks, managing framework P&L, client relationships, and governance while aligning with delivery capacity and strategic intent. You will lead qualification discussions, monitor opportunities, and coordinate decisions with senior stakeholders to ensure readiness, visibility, and balance across

Qualifications

• Experience in a relevant discipline with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Confidence operating across multiple senior stakeholder groups.
• Ability to facilitate structured qualification discussions.
• Experience with public-sector frameworks or similar routes to market.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single operational point of contact for the framework and client engagement.
• Own the Framework P&L and ensure growth in line with targets.
• Maintain the Framework Management Plan and governance.
• Monitor framework health and escalate issues early.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across BD, Commercial, Practices and Delivery.
