Job summary

HARIBO UK in Pontefract is seeking a Demand and Forecasting Analyst on a 12-14 month fixed term contract in a hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days from home). You will manage a 12-24 month customer forecast using historical and projected data, supporting the Supply Chain team.

You will build relationships with National Account Managers, Marketing and Finance, deliver sales analysis and reports, and help drive forecast accuracy and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in Demand and Forecasting, preferably in FMCG
• Strong IT skills and advanced Excel
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain customer/item forecasts in demand planning software and ERP
• Collaborate with Account Managers to obtain forecasts
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy
• Produce sales analyses and clear reports for planning
• Analyze forecasts using historic and market data for capacity planning
• Lead reviews of forecast accuracy and promotional impact
