Samworth Brothers is seeking a Sales Demand Analyst to develop and maintain forecasts across a portfolio of customers and products. You will collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Production Planning and retailers to convert data and market trends into actionable insights that support planning and service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an analytical, forecasting, sales planning or supply chain role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with large datasets and complex information.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using reporting tools.
• Ability to identify trends and translate data into practical recommendations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain findings clearly.

Aufgaben

• Producing and maintaining customer demand forecasts through the VMI forecasting system.
• Managing base sales volumes and exception reporting.
• Incorporating promotional activity, sales updates, and market intelligence into forecast models.
• Building strong partnerships with Commercial teams to support collaborative demand planning.
• Reviewing historical sales data and identifying key demand drivers and trends.
• Monitoring forecast accuracy and producing KPI reports across multiple time horizons.
• Coordinating seasonal planning activities and promotional forecasting.
• Working cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Production Planning teams.
• Communicating customer requirements and action plans to Production Planning teams.
