HARIBO UK in Pontefract is seeking a Demand and Forecasting Analyst on a 12-14 month fixed term contract in a hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days from home). You will manage a 12-24 month customer forecast using historical and projected data, supporting the Supply Chain team.

You will build relationships with National Account Managers, Marketing and Finance, deliver sales analysis and reports, and help drive forecast accuracy and capacity planning.

Formación

• Experience in Demand and Forecasting, preferably in FMCG
• Strong IT skills and advanced Excel
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems is beneficial

Salary: Competitive; plus, up to a 5% bonus

We are on the hunt for a 'Demand and Forecasting Analyst' to come and join our happy world of HARIBO on a 12-14 month fixed term contract.

You will add to our HARIBO Starmix by analysing and maintaining a collaborative 12-24-month item customer forecast using historical, current, and projected future sales and marketing data... you will be an essential ingredient within our Supply Chain team!

Alongside working closely within the Demand & Forecast team, you will also build sweet and lasting relationships with a whole host of stakeholders including National Account Managers, the wider Supply Chain team, Marketing, Finance as well as not forgetting our external customers too.

How you'll contribute to the mix:

• Entering and maintaining customer and item forecasts into the demand planning software and ERP system
• Liaising with Account Managers and customers to obtain and maintain customer item forecasts
• Developing and building relationships with customers' internal Supply teams to encourage collaborative forecasts and improve overall accuracy for planning purposes
• Completing sales analysis; including the production of clear and concise reports in various formats
• Analysing and maintaining the short-to-long term forecasts using historic sales data and market intelligence to enable effective long-term capacity planning
• Providing in-depth reviews of various customers/ item combinations upon request
• Reviewing, identifying, and resolving key forecasts accuracy issues
• Tracking seasonal and promotional performance and reacting to any changes to minimise the impact on the wider business
• Tracking the effectiveness of customer promotions and reporting back to the relevant National Account Managers

We are on the hunt for an individual who has prior experience within a Demand and Forecasting role, in you have previously worked within the world of FMCG that's extra ticks for you!

One of our core ingredients is the ability to demonstrate advanced IT abilities... are you secretly an Excel guru? Furthermore, if you have SAP experience we would love to hear from you!

We are also looking for someone who has fizz-tastic numerical skills with a strong eye for detail. Calling all you number crunchers out there! Problem solving abilities and analytical skills also come hand in hand.
