Lookers Volkswagen Newcastle is seeking a detail‑driven Fleet Administrator to join the busy Fleet Department. Permanent full time, Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00, with hybrid working option.

Salary £27,040 plus discretionary quarterly bonus. The role involves taxing and invoicing sold vehicles before delivery, assisting with vehicle orders, using the fleet management system, and supporting the Fleet Sales team to maintain a high level of service.

Responsibilities

• Taxing and invoicing all sold vehicles prior to customer delivery
• Support in the management and ordering of vehicles for customers
• Use the internal fleet management system and comply procedures when processing and managing customer orders
• Liaise with the Fleet Sales team to provide an excellent level of service and support.
