Santander UK is seeking a Business Manager in Milton Keynes to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for a busy business area. You will partner with senior stakeholders to provide insight, challenge and direction for decision-making, risk management and efficiency initiatives.

The role requires strong Excel modelling, governance experience and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in financial management, planning, forecasting and control within a complex business environment.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L performance, financial reporting and stakeholder engagement at senior level.
• Experience leading optimisation, transformation or efficiency initiatives and improving financial governance frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Ownership of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes for the business area, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
• Managing end-to-end financial performance tracking, including P&L analysis, risks and opportunities, and clear management insight.
• Developing, maintaining and enhancing financial control and governance frameworks for accuracy and compliance.
• Providing strategic financial analysis, scenario modelling and insight to support investment decisions and business planning.
• Co-ordinating governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement across teams with timely, high-quality outputs.
