Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover Reading & Bracknell, with hybrid working options. You will build partnerships with new restaurant partners, expand our local market selection, and drive growth across the region while representing Deliveroo in the community.

You’ll own the onboarding journey, negotiate commercial terms to secure win–win deals, and act as a local territory expert, mapping trends and identifying brands customers crave.

Qualifications

• Proven new business acquisition with a track record of reaching targets.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills for profitable, sustainable deals.
• Autonomy and field-based resilience to work independently and be on the road.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse business owners.
• Must have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional restaurant acquisition: map, prospect, pitch, and close high-value partners to expand local market selection.
• Execute strategic business development: engage with independent restaurants via visits, emails, calls, and social platforms to demonstrate value of Deliveroo’s technology.
• Own the commercial onboarding journey: oversee end-to-end onboarding to be fast, efficient, and seamless for new partners.
• Structure high-impact partnerships: negotiate contract terms and partnership structures for win-win outcomes.
• Act as a local territory expert: develop deep insight into the regional food scene and identify brands customers crave.
