Job summary

Redwood Publishing Recruitment is partnering with an international scientific medical publishing company to recruit an Associate Project Manager – Events (Virtual and On-Site) for a hybrid role based in Buckinghamshire. The role focuses on delivering cardiovascular educational programmes, including virtual events and on-site activities, across the client’s publication projects.

The ideal candidate has around two years in events management, a degree, and strong stakeholder and client-management

Qualifications

• Around two years' experience in events coordination or as Associate Project Manager/Events professional.
• Degree level education; science background desirable but not essential.
• Adept at developing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client-supported cardiovascular projects, events, and educational programmes from inception through publication.
• Organise content creation with physicians for interviews, webinars, symposia, and round tables, filmed virtually and on-site.
• Plan and execute publishing projects to ensure high quality content within scope, brief and budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams (account managers, writers, marketing, education, digital) to publish best-in-class content.
• Manage physicians/KOLs and clients throughout delivery to ensure transparency and adherence to plans.
