Job summary

Bucks and Berks Recruitment is seeking a Medical Events Project Coordinator to join the Projects Team. You will support client-funded educational programmes from planning through publication, coordinating multiple projects to meet deadlines and budgets.

The role is hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 from home) with excellent benefits and opportunities to work with leading physicians and global organisations.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in events coordination or project management in health education or related field.
• Experience coordinating virtual and live events and delivering high-quality content.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual and live educational events including webinars, round tables, and symposia.
• Manage project timelines, schedules and deliverables across the lifecycle.
• Liaise with physicians, key opinion leaders and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Marketing, Medical Writing, Education, Digital).
• Support client communications and provide regular project updates.
• Coordinate filming sessions and event logistics.
• Ensure projects meet objectives, budgets and deadlines.
