Job summary

Radcliffe Group is seeking a non-technical Associate Project Manager – Events (Virtual and On-site) to support cardiovascular education programmes. Hybrid role, based in Bourne End, with two days per week in-office.

You will deliver client-supported projects, coordinating content creation and liaising with physicians and internal teams to ensure high-quality publication. You should have at least two years in events/PM roles, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across complex

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in events/PM roles, ideally medical communications or publishing.
• Non-technical project management skills with a track record of delivering diverse health education projects.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of client-supported cardiovascular projects, events and educational programmes from inception through to publication.
• Organisation and management of educational content creation (interviews, webinars, symposia, round tables; filmed virtually or on-site).
• Planning and executing publishing projects to meet scope, brief and budget.
• Internal stakeholder management across account managers, medical writers, Marketing, Education and Digital Media teams.
• Physician/faculty management and liaison; client management throughout the delivery cycle.
