Job summary

CPI Selection is recruiting an Associate Project Manager for a Buckinghamshire-based healthcare media and publishing client. The role covers both virtual and on-site events, with hybrid, permanent, full-time arrangements.

You will deliver industry-supported medical education programmes, coordinate projects from inception to publication, manage timelines and client deliverables, and collaborate with clients, healthcare professionals and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Around 2 years’ experience in events or project coordination.
• Experience in healthcare, medical communications, publishing, media or an agency environment.
• Strong organisation and project management skills.
• Confident communicator with good stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER – VIRTUAL & ON-SITE EVENTS

My client is a specialist healthcare media and publishing business looking for an Associate Project Manager to join their client delivery team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with around 2 years’ experience in events, project coordination, medical communications, publishing, media or an agency environment, who is ready to take the next step in their career.

The role

You’ll help deliver a range of industry-supported medical education programmes and events, including virtual events, webinars, on-demand learning, filmed interviews, round tables, symposia and on-site events.

You’ll coordinate projects from inception through to publication, managing timelines, stakeholders, content creation and client deliverables to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, within scope and budget.

You’ll work closely with clients, healthcare professionals and internal teams, so strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills are essential.

About you
