Radcliffe Group – comprising Radcliffe Medical Education and Radcliffe Medical Media – is seeking an Associate Project Manager – Events to support the creation and publication of educational programmes for cardiovascular healthcare professionals. The role covers both virtual and on-site events, with hybrid working from Bourne End, Buckinghamshire.

Qualifications

  • Two years’ experience in events coordination or Associate PM roles, preferably in medical communications, events, publishing or agency settings.
  • Strong non-technical project management skills with a track record delivering multiple projects in health education.
  • Degree-level qualification; science background is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver client-supported cardiovascular projects, events and educational programmes from inception to publication.
  • Organise and manage content creation and publishing, including interviews, webinars, symposia and round tables (virtual and on-site).
  • Plan and execute publishing projects to meet scope, brief and budget, ensuring high-quality content.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders across account management, medical writers, Marketing, Education and Digital Media teams to produce best-in-class content.
  • Liaise with physician/faculty and manage client relationships throughout the delivery cycle.

Radcliffe Group – comprising Radcliffe Medical Education and Radcliffe Medical Media – is a media publishing company supporting the continuous learning and development of cardiovascular healthcare professionals through the provision of superior-quality educational content.

To facilitate the demands of its client delivery, Radcliffe Medical Media is seeking to appoint a non-technical Associate Project Manager – Events (Virtual and On-site) to support the creation and publication of educational programmes.

Working as part of its Projects Team, the successful candidate will be passionate about event delivery within the healthcare sector, with an ambition to play a key role in shaping this dynamic, fast-evolving business.

Responsibilities
  • Delivery of client-supported cardiovascular projects, events and educational programmes from inception through to publication.
  • Organisation and management of educational content creation, typically filmed with leading physicians, including but not exclusive to interviews, webinars, symposia, round tables and peer-to-peer discussions (filmed both virtually and on-site).
  • Planning and executing publishing projects to ensure they deliver the highest quality content within scope, brief and budget.
  • Internal stakeholder management throughout the delivery phase – including, but not exclusive to, account managers, medical writers, and Marketing, Education and Digital Media teams – to ensure the creation of best-in-class content for publication on both Radcliffe and third-party websites.
  • Physician / faculty management / liaison.
  • Client management throughout the delivery cycle, to ensure transparency and adherence to project plans and operating procedures.
Skills and Experience
  • A minimum of two years’ experience working as an Events Coordinator / Associate Project Manager / events professional, ideally with a medical communications, events, publishing or agency background.
  • First-class non-technical project management skills with a proven track record of delivering a number of projects of varying complexity across the health education sector.
  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent. A science-based subject is desirable (although not essential).
  • Adept at developing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
  • The ability to multi-task and work on several complex client projects simultaneously.
  • The ability to prioritise a heavy workload and work to tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and able to work without detailed supervision.
  • A ‘team player’ mindset.
