Michael Page is recruiting an ER Specialist to join a national organisation based in the Midlands for a six-month interim role. The position is hybrid, largely home-based with occasional travel to site to support complex cases and team meetings.

You will work in an ER team, reporting to a Senior ER Manager, handling high-volume, complex employee relations caseloads, restructures, and organisational change projects.

Ideal candidates will have ER experience with complex cases and change projects.
