Job summary

SThree in Glasgow is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to own and manage enterprise systems across their lifecycle, partnering with internal teams and suppliers to ensure reliability, security and value.

You will drive upgrades, monitor performance and SLAs, troubleshoot issues, deliver user training, maintain documentation and DR processes in a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 remote).

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting and administering enterprise business systems.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Intune, ServiceNow, Dynamics 365.
• Strong monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting on live systems.
• Experience working with third-party suppliers in a matrix/global organisation.
• Good understanding of service management and SDLC.
• Confident in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and a solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own and support multiple enterprise business systems.
• Manage upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Monitor performance, availability, and SLAs.
• Troubleshoot incidents and drive permanent fixes.
• Deliver user training and support a super-user community.
