Job summary

SThree in Glasgow is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to own and manage enterprise systems across their lifecycle, partnering with internal teams and suppliers to ensure reliability, security and value.

You will drive upgrades, monitor performance and SLAs, troubleshoot issues, deliver user training, maintain documentation and DR processes in a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 remote).

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting and administering enterprise business systems.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Intune, ServiceNow, Dynamics 365.
• Strong monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting on live systems.
• Experience working with third-party suppliers in a matrix/global organisation.
• Good understanding of service management and SDLC.
• Confident in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and a solutions-focused mindset.

Glasgow | Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 remote)

We're looking for an Business Systems Administrator to support and manage a portfolio of critical enterprise applications used across our global organisation.

In this role, you'll take ownership of key business systems across their full lifecycle - from implementation and optimisation to upgrades and decommissioning. You'll work closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and delivering real value, acting as an escalation point for complex issues and service delivery.
