Job summary
Aggreko invites a Senior Analyst to oversee global Microsoft 365 services from our Glasgow office, operating in a hybrid model. You will lead expert administration, resolve complex incidents, and drive improvements across Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive, while shaping governance and security standards.
You’ll partner with stakeholders and vendors to deliver successful migrations and projects, ensuring scalable, well-governed services for thousands of users in a dynamic IT
Qualifications
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 in large enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise across Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Ability to lead root cause investigations and drive continuous service improvement.
- Proven capability to define governance, standards, and operational processes for secure, scalable services.
- Experience delivering Microsoft 365 projects, migrations, and technical change initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert administration, support, and optimisation of Microsoft 365 services across a global enterprise environment.
- Act as senior escalation point for Microsoft 365 services, resolving complex incidents and problems.
- Lead root cause investigations and drive continuous service improvement.
- Define and maintain governance, standards, and processes for a secure, scalable Microsoft 365 environment.
- Lead Microsoft 365 projects, migrations, service transitions, and change initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes and clear communication.
