Job summary

Card Factory plc is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join the IT Applications team in Wakefield. You will provide 3rd line support for a portfolio of enterprise applications spanning retail, supply chain, finance and operations, and contribute to enhancements, releases and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role involves on-call duties, collaboration with stakeholders and third-party suppliers, and a flexible hybrid working pattern with 2-3 days in the office at Junction 41,

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing 3rd line support for business-critical applications.
• Experience supporting enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis and incident management skills.
• Familiarity with integration technologies including Boomi, SSIS, EDI and APIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line support for business-critical applications across the Card Factory Group.
• Investigate complex application issues, perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
• Deliver changes, upgrades, releases and configuration updates in line with governance and change management.
• Participate in on-call rota and identify opportunities to improve automation, cloud adoption and support efficiency.
