Job summary

Card Factory Group is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join the IT Applications team in Wakefield. You will provide 3rd line support for enterprise applications underpinning retail, supply chain, finance and operations, driving continuous improvement.

Based at Junction 41, Wakefield, with free parking and a flexible hybrid way of working, colleagues typically work from the office 2–3 days per week and collaborate with business stakeholders, third-party suppliers and internal IT

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Application Support or similar role.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics AX and other enterprise apps.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities.
• Experience with integration technologies (Boomi, SSIS, EDI, APIs, Azure).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line support for business-critical applications.
• Investigate complex incidents, perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• Maintain availability, performance, security and resilience of supported applications.
• Support project delivery, requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers and IT teams.
