Qualifications

• Experience in a role where you’ve worked with customers to solve problems.
• Experience in a busy environment, prioritising and managing multiple tasks while achieving results.
• Good MS Office skills and strong attention to detail.
• Clear communication over the phone and in writing via email and web chat.
• Ability to negotiate and work with numbers (bills and pricing).
