Job summary

Flogas is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor to deliver excellent service across calls, emails and live chat. You’ll resolve queries quickly, explain bills and pricing, and help customers get their energy right while supporting team objectives.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, using MS Office to manage tasks and document interactions. The role offers benefits, training and career development within a growing UK energy provider.

Qualifications

• Experience in a role where you’ve worked with customers to solve their problems.
• Proven experience in a busy environment, prioritising and managing multiple tasks while achieving results.
• Good MS Office skills, and strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills over the phone and in writing via email and web chat.
• Ability to negotiate well and work with numbers from customer bills to pricing.
• Driven to do right by customers and your team.

How you’ll power our business as a Customer Experience Advisor

You’ll do energy right by all your customers, whether you’re helping set up a new account in double quick time for a mother with a newborn or delivering innovative energy solutions for a national chain of retail stores. As a Customer Experience Advisor with Flogas, you’ll take responsibility for finding answers to every query and solutions to every challenge so that hundreds and thousands of homes and businesses across the UK have the energy they need, when they need it. From deliveries to pricing, you’ll be an expert advisor and a talented negotiator who gets things sorted in double quick time, no matter how busy it gets. And through it all, you’ll do right by your team, too, supporting them, just like they’ll support you.

What We’ll Need From You

• Experience in a role where you’ve worked with your customers to solve their problems
• Proven experience of working in a busy environment, successfully prioritising and managing multiple tasks, whilst achieving great results
• Good MS Office skills, and strong attention to detail
• Talent for communicating clearly over the phone and in writing on email and web chat
