Job summary

Insite Energy in Peterborough is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to resolve resident queries about heat network energy accounts and support metering and billing to deliver a seamless experience.

You will handle enquiries across phone, email, live chat and WhatsApp with empathy and professionalism, review accounts, and work with colleagues to provide timely solutions. This role offers 37.5 hours, a 2-day hybrid after probation, and a friendly, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication, empathetic and clear.
• Strong customer service orientation with proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Ability to resolve queries efficiently, including complaints.
• Proficient in MS Office and customer management systems.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Team player with ability to work in busy contact centre.
• Basic understanding of energy billing/meters and GDPR.

Responsibilities
