eNL is seeking an Employment Solicitor for a Devon-based, hybrid role. The successful candidate will handle a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious Employment Law matters for a varied client base, from SMEs to national businesses. The role requires 2–4 years’ PQE and a strong, commercially focused approach.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or CILEX with 2–4 years’ PQE advising employers on Employment Law.
• Experience advising a variety of clients from SMEs to national businesses.

• Advise clients on a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Deliver commercially focused legal solutions and practical advice.
