Job summary

You will handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advise on tribunal processes and support employers on large-scale projects and HR needs.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive required.
• Between 2-6 years employment law experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a mixture of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
• Advise employers on respondent work.
• Advise on tribunal processes, including advocacy where appropriate.
• Handle complex discrimination and whistleblowing matters.
• Work on large-scale projects, due diligence, and consultation exercises.
• Provide ongoing HR and employment support to businesses.
