Job summary

Intrum in the United Kingdom is seeking Customer Support Representatives who deliver clear guidance and compassionate service to customers facing financial difficulties. You will listen with patience, explain options, and tailor affordable repayment plans while upholding Consumer Duty standards.

You’ll handle calls about various accounts, work a 40-hour week on hybrid shifts, and start with an induction in the office before transitioning to hybrid working from Reigate.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, whether in person or call centre.
• Excellent communication skills to help customers.
• Empathy, integrity and commitment to doing what’s right for the customer.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic, ready to make a difference.
• Good numeracy and English literacy to explain financial products clearly.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers in financial difficulty and provide tailored solutions, such as affordable repayment plans.
• Make and receive calls regarding various accounts (car finance, bank accounts, credit cards, loans, mortgages, etc.).
• Provide personalised, customer-focused service with transparent, tailored outcomes to reduce debt.
• Ensure delivery and compliance with Consumer Duty regulations to drive fair outcomes for customers.
• Work 40 hours per week across shifts within operating hours; induction in office followed by hybrid working.
