Intrum is seeking Customer Support Representatives to help customers in financial difficulty with empathy and clear guidance. You will listen carefully, explain options, and build trust to reach practical, affordable repayment plans.

Ideal candidates communicate well, stay patient through challenging conversations, and handle multiple systems. The role is hybrid in Reigate, with induction on-site and a gradual transition to remote work, supporting a diverse client base.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience or transferable skills with empathy and patience.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.
• Ability to listen and respond with care in diverse situations.
• Strong numeracy and English literacy to simplify financial products.

Responsabilidades

• Speak with customers experiencing financial difficulty and outline tailored repayment plans.
• Make and receive calls about various accounts and investigate debt details.
• Provide personalised, transparent service and tailored solutions to reduce debt.
• Ensure compliance with Consumer Duty regulation and drive fair outcomes for customers.
• Leverage AI-assisted guidance to enhance customer conversations and outcomes.
• Work 40 hours per week across shifts, primarily during operating hours.
