Intrum in Reigate is seeking Customer Support Representatives to assist customers facing financial difficulties. You will provide empathetic, clear guidance and tailor solutions to suit individual circumstances while adhering to consumer protection rules.

The role offers a competitive starting base salary plus performance-based OTE, with a hybrid working pattern and extensive training to develop your customer service and problem-solving skills.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to listen and respond with care.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to explain complex financial products clearly.
• Comfort with using multiple systems to reflect interactions.

Mansioni

• Speak with customers about their financial situation and provide tailored solutions such as affordable repayment plans.
• Make and receive calls about various accounts (car finance, bank accounts, credit cards, loans, mortgages, etc.) and investigate debts.
• Provide personalized, customer-focused service with transparent, tailored solutions to reduce debt.
• Ensure delivery and compliance with Consumer Duty regulation to drive fair outcomes for customers.
• Leverage AI-assisted guidance to deliver accurate information and next-best actions during conversations.
• Work 40 hours per week with shifts Mon-Fri 08:00–20:00 and Sat 09:00–13:30; induction is office-based in Reigate, then hybrid.
