Job summary

The White Company is looking for an online trading support role to ensure the website reflects brand values and operates smoothly. You will work with the Digital Trading Assistant Manager to launch campaigns, monitor site standards and report on ecommerce metrics.

Daily site operations include maintaining navigation, taxonomy, product flags and SEO, while collaborating with Marketing, Merchandising and Content teams to optimise online performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and a proactive attitude.
• Strong ability to analyse and report on data.
• Able to work on own initiative as well as in a team.
• Great attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Knowledge and passion about online and multi-channel retail and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily running of site, ensuring banners, links and CTAs are up to date.
• Report and fix availability issues to the Digital TAM.
• Optimise customer journey, navigation and product flags online.
• Manage SEO-related tasks including URL redirects and content coordination.
• Support the Digital TAM with reporting and weekly trade notes.
• Liaise with Buying/Merchandising and Content teams to ensure correct online product ranges.
