Job summary

The White Company is seeking a detail‑driven Ecommerce Trading Assistant to support daily site operations and collaborate with the Digital Trading Assistant Manager on launches, campaigns and reporting. You’ll ensure site standards, navigation and product flags reflect trading priorities while analysing performance data.

You will work in a hybrid pattern, contribute to weekly trade notes, and help optimise the customer journey and on‑site search.

Qualifications

Clear communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to analyse data and report insights.
Proactive, can‑do attitude and ability to work under deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and stakeholder relationship building.
Good grasp of MS Word/Excel for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

Run daily site operations and monitor site standards.
Collaborate with the Digital TAM to launch campaigns and seasonal launches online.
Report on ecommerce trading metrics and highlight opportunities and risks.
Ensure site navigation, banners, CTAs and product flags are optimised.
Maintain SEO and URL redirects, coordinate with Marketing and Content teams.
Support the Digital TAM in weekly trade notes and initiative launches.
Analyse customer search terms and improve on-site search results.
Coordinate product ranging and category setup within critical timelines.
