Job summary

The White Company in London is seeking a Digital Trading Assistant to support website operations and align online activity with brand values. You will work with the Digital TAM to ensure seasonal launches, campaigns and sales are executed smoothly online, maintain site standards, optimise navigation, taxonomy, and on-page CTAs.

The role includes reporting on ecommerce metrics, monitoring competitor activity and collaborating with Content and Merchandising to keep products correctly ranged and

Qualifications

• Ability to analyse and report on data.
• Strong communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, can-do attitude with initiative.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Excellent time management under deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Knowledge and passion for online/multi‑channel retail and CX.

Responsibilities

• Daily running of site and monitoring performance.
• Support the Digital TAM with reports and weekly trade notes.
• Assist with seasonal launches, campaigns and online sales.
• Ensure site standards, banners, navigation, CTAs and product flags are up to date.
• Communicate taxonomy changes to Content team and support SEO efforts.
• Coordinate with Content and Merchandising to range and launch products on time.
• Monitor competitor activity and optimise search results where possible.
• Organise new in and seasonal category setups and URL redirects.
