Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an E-commerce Operations Coordinator for a Hybrid role based in Randburg, Gauteng, ZA. You will manage end-to-end online order fulfillment, coordinate with warehouses, 3PLs, and customer service to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, at least 2 years in e-commerce operations, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in e-commerce operations and order fulfillment.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment process, from order placement to final delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Manage relationships with 3PL providers and couriers to optimize delivery times and costs.
• Monitor inventory levels on the e-commerce platform and collaborate with inventory management teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to orders, shipping and inventory discrepancies.
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Generate reports on order volume, shipping performance, inventory status, and costs.
• Collaborate with customer service to address order-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in Randburg operations.
