• Monitor inventory levels on the e-commerce platform and collaborate with inventory management teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to orders, shipping and inventory discrepancies.
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Generate reports on order volume, shipping performance, inventory status, and costs.
• Collaborate with customer service to address order-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements
