Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in operations and logistics.
• Experience with process analysis and improvement in supply chain or operations context.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as WMS, TMS and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to optimize operations and logistics processes.
• Analyze current workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement project plans with timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Manage cross-functional teams across logistics and operations.
• Ensure projects meet efficiency, cost reduction and service quality goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gain buy-in and drive implementation.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement changes to procedures and systems; track KPIs to measure impact.
