Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-commerce Platform Manager & Social Media Lead to optimize online operations for a Randburg-based retailer. You will drive platform performance, conversion and user engagement through social media across channels.

Collaborating with IT, marketing and sales, you will manage budgets, oversee content and product data, and translate digital initiatives into measurable revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms and social media leadership.
• Strong analytics and ability to translate data into actions.
• Experience with CRO and SEO best practices is preferred.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
